Do not bring your hand or finger in front of face or lips during entire video.

Do not cover your lips when doing “Namaskar Gesture”.

Sit straight for nearly 5 to 6 seconds without any movement and then start reading script.

Do not start too quick.

Take a 3-second pause after saying “Namaskar.”

Keep the camera at eye level, frame from head to waist with slight space above the head.

Speak clearly, pause between sentences, and ensure no background noise.

Use a clean green screen background with proper lighting

Maintain direct eye contact with the camera lens. 

Keep the audio level below –3 dB while recording. Do not fix or reduce the audio later in software. Set the mic level properly before and during recording so it never crosses –3 dB.
